Your order is not accepted until Top Stores confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Top Stores may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Top Stores, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

We provide this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to offer you a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with the policies referred to in them, form our “Terms of Service” or “Terms”. Please read them carefully before using the Services or placing an order. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms, including any disclaimer, release or limitation, excludes or restricts a right, remedy, warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law. References to days mean calendar days unless expressly stated otherwise.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a binding purchase contract. If you are below the applicable age of majority, purchases must be made by your parent or legal guardian on your behalf.

You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, payment details and delivery address. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and be authorised to provide it. If you purchase for a business, you must be authorised to act for that business.

Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the use of your account to the extent permitted by law. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account without our written consent.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONICS WARRANTY

We aim to describe products accurately, including their material specifications, compatibility, included accessories and warranty. Screen settings may cause minor colour or visual differences; this does not excuse a product that is defective, materially different from its description or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.

Availability, descriptions and the range of products offered may change for future purchases. Changes do not reduce the specifications or rights agreed for an accepted order. We may discontinue products or apply reasonable, disclosed quantity limits, subject to applicable law.

Electronic products sold by Top Stores carry a two-year warranty from delivery. Top Stores is the point of contact and is responsible for handling warranty claims and arranging the applicable repair, replacement or other remedy. Contact us using the details in Section 25 with your order information and a description of the issue.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures arising under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage or an unauthorised alteration is not covered to the extent that it caused the problem and exclusion is permitted by law. These limitations do not remove statutory rights or any longer warranty expressly provided for a product.

We will assess claims and provide the remedy required by the warranty and applicable law, including a refund where required. The seven-day change-of-mind return window and original-packaging condition do not limit valid claims for faulty or non-conforming products. Any legally required warranty extension or renewal following repair or replacement remains available.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation accepting your order. Payment authorisation by itself does not establish acceptance. We may decline an order for a lawful reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or a material pricing error, and will notify you where reasonably possible.

If a product or order detail needs to change after your order has been accepted, we will contact you before making a material change. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order and payment has been taken, the payment will be refunded without undue delay and within the time required by law.

For cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check fulfilment status and explain the available cancellation or return arrangements. This process does not limit a cancellation right available under applicable law, including rights arising from non-delivery or delay.

You may request a change-of-mind return within seven days after receiving your order. The product must be new, unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with the accessories and documents supplied with it. These conditions apply to change-of-mind returns and do not override rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Eligible returns are free of return fees. Top Stores pays the cost of arranging return collection or shipping in both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. We do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us within the seven-day period to arrange the return; a later collection date arranged by us does not invalidate a timely request.

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different arrangement. We refund the amount due for eligible returned goods, including applicable tax, and refund delivery charges where required by law. Return collection and restocking fees are not deducted. Refunds must be issued without undue delay and within any mandatory legal deadline.

REFUND CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: Confirm the intended refund deadline and the event from which it runs. Earlier merchant instruction: 15 days. Confirm whether this means 15 calendar days after Top Stores receives the returned goods, subject to any shorter mandatory deadline. Do not publish this bracketed note.

Our Refund Policy provides the related return procedures. Any mandatory right or more favourable return promise given to you at the time of purchase is preserved.

Purchases for business use or lawful commercial resale are permitted. Resale permission does not make the buyer an authorised distributor or license the use of our website content or third-party trademarks. Any separately agreed wholesale terms must be disclosed and agreed before the relevant order; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless another currency is expressly shown at checkout. Displayed prices include applicable VAT. The tax treatment and amount applicable to the transaction will be shown on the invoice. Our UAE VAT registration number is 104373269000003.

The standard delivery charge is AED 20 per order, including applicable tax, unless a free or discounted delivery promotion is expressly displayed at checkout. The total payable and any applicable discount are shown before you submit the order. Top Stores bears the applicable customs duties and import charges for orders delivered to Saudi Arabia as described in Section 5.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders, but a later price change will not increase the price of an already accepted order without your agreement. Specific promotion terms apply where they have been disclosed before purchase and do not override mandatory rights.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to the options available for your device and at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method and provide correct billing information. Payments are subject to authorisation and processing by the relevant payment providers. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges, which are separate from the price charged by Top Stores.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship from Dubai to addresses in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia only. Our delivery timeframe is within seven days after order confirmation and successful payment. The standard delivery charge is AED 20 per order, including applicable tax, subject to any delivery promotion shown at checkout.

Top Stores bears the applicable customs duties and import taxes for orders delivered to Saudi Arabia; these are not additional charges payable by the customer on delivery. If a carrier requests such a payment, contact us so we can resolve the matter.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate and the available options. Delays do not remove any right to cancel or obtain a refund under applicable law. We remain your point of contact for late, damaged or missing shipments.

Risk of loss or damage remains with Top Stores until the goods are physically delivered to you or a person you authorise to receive them. Dispatch to a carrier does not by itself transfer this risk to you. Please provide accurate delivery details and report delivery problems promptly, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including their original text, design, images, graphics, video, audio and other content, are owned by us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product brands, manufacturer materials and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may browse the Services and use them to make permitted purchases, including lawful resale purchases. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit protected website content without the relevant owner’s permission, except where permitted by law.

No intellectual property licence is granted except as expressly stated. Top Stores names, logos and other brand identifiers must not be used in a way that infringes rights or falsely implies an endorsement or commercial relationship. Shopify’s names and marks belong to Shopify; other marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may make optional third-party tools available through the Services. The relevant provider’s terms may apply to those tools. Review them before use. We do not control tools operated independently by third parties and provide access on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

This does not exclude our responsibility for our own obligations or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. New features and tools offered as part of the Services are also subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links, embedded features or materials operated by third parties. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices before using its services or making a separate purchase.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or transactions except to the extent that applicable law places responsibility on us. Direct questions about a third party’s own products or services to that provider; questions about a purchase from Top Stores should be directed to us.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Top Stores is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Top Stores. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Top Stores, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Top Stores.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Certain processing by Shopify is also described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Please review these policies to understand how information is used and the rights available to you.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information about access, purchases and other use may be processed by Shopify and service providers, including in countries other than your country of residence, subject to applicable data protection requirements. These Terms do not replace any consent or other lawful basis required for a particular processing activity.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, suggestions, images or other content (“Feedback”), you must own it or have permission to submit it. Feedback must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful and respectful of intellectual property and privacy rights. Disclose any compensation or incentive connected with a review.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and share your Feedback to operate, improve and promote the Services, including through service providers acting for us, subject to applicable privacy and other mandatory rights. Formatting edits must not misrepresent the substance of your opinion.

We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or rights-infringing Feedback. We do not promise compensation or a response unless separately agreed. You must not impersonate another person, mislead others about the origin of Feedback or include malware.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

If we discover an error in product information, pricing, availability or delivery information, we will correct it. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options before changing that order. Any cancellation or correction remains subject to applicable law, and amounts due back to you will be refunded.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not commit fraud; impersonate others; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; harass or threaten any person; send spam; submit intentionally false information; introduce malware; obtain unauthorised access; or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

You must not harvest other users’ personal information, copy protected content for unauthorised commercial exploitation, or use automated access in breach of Section 14. Ordinary browsing, accessibility tools and permitted purchasing are not prohibited merely because they use software.

We may take proportionate measures against misuse, including restricting access or suspending an account, in accordance with Section 15 and applicable law.

SECTION 14 — AUTOMATED AGENTS

This section applies to software or services that act autonomously or semi-autonomously on behalf of a person or business when accessing or interacting with the Services (“Agents”). An Agent must act within the authority of the person it represents and comply with these Terms.

Termination does not remove rights relating to accepted orders, amounts properly due, refunds, returns, warranties or remedies that have already arisen. Provisions that are intended by their nature to continue, including intellectual property, privacy obligations, liability provisions and governing law, survive termination to the extent applicable.

SECTION 16 — WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTIES

We take reasonable care in providing the Services but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every website feature will always be error-free. Subject to our express commitments and applicable law, general website functionality and optional informational content are provided “as is” and “as available”.

These website-availability qualifications do not disclaim the two-year electronics warranty, the obligation to supply conforming products, product descriptions forming part of a sale, or any statutory guarantee, return right or other mandatory remedy.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of our breach or for indirect or consequential losses that may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where such liability cannot be excluded, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.

The protections for Shopify and other third parties in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by law. No disclaimer or limitation prevents a valid claim for a refund, warranty remedy or other mandatory consumer remedy.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable, documented losses directly caused by your unlawful misuse of the Services or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct, or for simply exercising your legal rights.

If we seek an indemnity, we will notify you, take reasonable steps to limit loss and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defence. We will not agree to a settlement imposing a payment or other obligation on you without your consent or another lawful basis.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed or limited only to the extent necessary and permitted by law. The remaining provisions continue in effect so far as they can operate lawfully. This clause does not replace mandatory legal protections with less favourable terms.

SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

A failure or delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive that right. Any waiver applies only to the circumstances for which it is given.

These Terms, the policies expressly incorporated into them, the applicable product description, order confirmation and any separately agreed order terms form the agreement governing the relevant transaction. They do not exclude mandatory rights, binding statements or representations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ambiguities will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your account or your contractual obligations to another person without our written agreement, except where the law permits otherwise. This does not prohibit the lawful resale of purchased goods.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, provided this does not reduce your contractual or statutory protections. We will notify you where required by law.

SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and contracts for purchases from Top Stores are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, the competent courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes.

For customers in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere where mandatory protections apply, this choice does not deprive you of consumer rights, remedies or access to competent authorities or courts that cannot lawfully be waived. You may contact us first to seek a practical resolution, without being required to give up any legal remedy.

SECTION 23 — HEADINGS

Headings are included for ease of reference and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.

SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms for future use of the Services and future orders. The current version will be posted on this page, with the applicable effective date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.

Unless the law requires otherwise or you validly agree to a change, an order remains subject to the terms applicable when it was accepted. Updates do not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing purchase. Continued use after an update applies to future use only to the extent permitted by law.
